There are variety types of Biryani and all varieties are loved by almost every Biryani lover. You can easily make your family members happy by preparing this hot recipe.
- 3 Cups of Basmati Rice
- 500 gms Chicken
- 3 Large Onions (sliced)
- 3 tbsp Deep Fry Oil
- 3 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 3tbsp Mint (chopped)
- 2 Cup Curd
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
How to make
Firstly fry the onion in hot oil until it becomes golden brown.
Add chicken, curd, salt, Schezwan Chutney, already fried onions, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves in 3 tbsp oil and stir fry for 5-6 mins. Add 2 cups water and cook on low heat until chicken becomes soft.
Heat water in a big pot. Add rice, salt and parboil it. Remove and drain the rice thoroughly
Spread half rice in a pot and pour chicken schezwan curry. Top with remaining rice. Sprinkle Schezwan Fried Rice Masala, fried onion and cover the pot and cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked (7-12 min).
Mix well before you serve and garnish with coriander leaves.
